Hi. I’m looking for people that can handle apartment cleanouts for 1-3 br apartments mostly. This is for places where tenants left personal belongings behind and getting them ready for the next tenant. I prefer for you to be able to get everything in one trip. Two trips is ok. You should have a box truck and or trailer. I’d consider a pickup truck for the smaller jobs like the 1 br apts or apts with not as much stuff. You should at least be a two man team for most jobs. Again I will consider one person with a pickup for the smaller jobs. This is independent contractor work. No checks. This is on-going, periodic work. You must be able to dump the contents on your own as we do not have dump sites. Most jobs are in and around the Newark area.You must be able to accept electronic payments, such as Zelle or Cash App. You must also have a cellphone with gps and camera, as before and after photos need to be taken. Locals preferred.Get started now.
