Manual labor - carrying rocks for retaining wall (scotch plains)

Details:
Pay: $25 an hour cash or venmo at end of each day
Rocks are loose and located on site. I have a large wooded hilly back hard with the large rocks scattered around the surface. The job is to find them around the property and bring them to where I'm building the wall. Shovels and wheelbarrow are available but due to the site conditions I expect most of the work will be by hand.
Work involves repeated heavy lifting and carrying, working outdoors
Recommended: steel-toe boots and work gloves
Requirements:
Must be physically capable of lifting 80 lbs
Show up on time and ready to work
Prior landscaping/construction experience a plus but not required
