Being upfront: this is project-based work, not a full-time gig. When I have a flip, it's a full renovation — kitchens, baths, flooring, paint, punch list. In between, it's rental turnovers and repair calls as they come up. Some months are busy, some are quiet. Ideal for someone with their own client base who wants a repeat customer, not someone who needs 40 hours a week from me.
What I'm looking for:
- Answers the phone / responds to texts
- Can give a straight quote and stick to a timeline
- Insured (licensed preferred, tell me your situation)
- Own tools and transportation
