Upstart Construction LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Mason to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete, block, and brick work for both residential and commercial projects. The position involves foundation work, sidewalks, driveways, and general masonry repairs.

Responsibilities
• Lay brick, block, and stone with precision and alignment
• Mix mortar and concrete to the required specifications
• Install and repair sidewalks, driveways, and retaining walls
• Read blueprints and follow construction plans
• Operate power tools and masonry equipment safely
• Ensure all work meets company and safety standards
• Clean and maintain work areas

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of masonry experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
