There’s water getting in and I need all four back windows to be Silicone around and inside of windows and fix one screen for top floor window and put the screen back in. I am attaching a picture of the ceiling getting wet this is the first floor apartment from top floor window. Ceiling need to be plaster and smooth out. I will not entertain any outrageous price for this work. Handyman needed.
