We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handy Person to complete renovations on a single-family home. The property needs a mix of interior and exterior updates, plus general cleanup to make it move-in ready.
Scope of Work:
- Interior Repairs: drywall, painting, flooring, kitchen, and bathroom updates
- Exterior Repairs: siding, porch, gutters, minor roof work, windows, and doors
- Systems: basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC servicing
- General Cleanup: final preparation for move-in readiness
Skills Needed:
- Carpentry and drywall
- Painting and finishing
- Flooring installation/repair
- Basic plumbing and electrical

- Window and door repair/installation
- General handyman/renovation skills
