*Mileage : Earn 25 cents per mile traveled.

3. Position Details:
---------------------------
Pay : Average Pay of $40 per hour plus tips, with overtime at $50 per hour. Payments are made directly in cash by the client once the job is completed. There are no waiting periods, processing delays, or hidden fees. You keep 100% of what you earn.
Location: Jobs are available throughout the metro area, with new opportunities posted daily. You can choose work close to home or expand your radius to reach more clients when you want extra work. Projects are claimed on an open-availability basis, so pros pick up jobs as they become available.
Start Date: Most applicants are approved and can begin onboarding within 24 hours.
Job Type: Flexible on-demand handyman and contractor work. There is no exclusivity requirement, and many of our pros also maintain other jobs or side projects while working with us.
Work Hours:You decide which jobs fit your schedule. Each day offers new opportunities based on availability.
Support Provided: Our U.S.-based support team is available to help with job guidance and client coordination. If you are unsure how to complete a task, we provide basic training and step-by-step resources to help you succeed on the job.
