Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Roadshow Sales Lead to oversee and drive sales at promotional events, pop-up activations, and roadshows. This role involves leading a sales team, engaging with customers, and ensuring successful event execution to maximize revenue and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute sales activities at roadshow events.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Engage with customers, demonstrate products/services, and close sales.
Track sales performance and provide daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate logistics, inventory, and setup for each event.
Ensure brand consistency and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, event marketing, or roadshows.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Hours are from Thursday-Sunday
10 hour shifts
