Are you an experienced house cleaning professional who knows what it takes to run a reliable, high-quality cleaning service — or a trusted team leader, manager or owner ready to step up into a management role?
We’re launching a new residential maid service in Bergen County and are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable professional to help build the business from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved early, share your experience, and grow with a new, well-supported cleaning company.
About the Opportunity
Depending on your background and interest, this role can start as:
*A consultant or advisor, helping to shape systems, pricing, supplies, and operations
*A lead cleaner or team lead, managing cleaning jobs and ensuring quality service
*A manager-in-training, preparing to oversee crews as the company expands
*We’re flexible for the right person — what matters most is your hands-on knowledge, professionalism, and passion for delivering great results.
What You’ll Do
*Share real-world insights about how successful cleaning services operate
*Help set up supplies, equipment, and scheduling systems
*Lead by example in the field — maintaining high cleaning standards
*Train and guide new team members as the business grows
*Provide feedback on ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
