We’re looking for a hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews, manage job sites, and deliver high-quality landscape and hardscape projects. If you take pride in your work, lead by example, and know how to keep a crew moving efficiently — we want to talk to you.
💪 What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage daily landscape construction projects (hardscape & softscape)
Plan and oversee loading/unloading of trucks, trailers, materials, and equipment
Supervise crew members to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
Install soil, mulch, plant material, and assist in building landscape features
Operate equipment (excavators, skid steers, saws, jackhammers, laser levels, etc.)
Perform daily inspections and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment
Train crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
Ensure jobs are completed right the first time (no callbacks)
Complete daily paperwork (time tracking, inspections, reports)
Maintain clean, organized job sites, trucks, and yard
Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Assist with snow & ice management operations during winter months
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in landscape construction (hardscape + planting)
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to operate landscaping and construction equipment
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
💥 Physical Requirements:
Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Stand, bend, and work on your feet for 10+ hours
Work outdoors in all conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Comfortable working around heavy equipment
High stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
⏱️ Schedule:
Full-time
Occasional weekend work required
Snow season participation required
