We are hiring a Groundskeeper/Porter for a 3-week assignment.
Pay: $17–$18 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Keep the property grounds clean and well maintained
* Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
* Sweep walkways and common areas
* Assist with general grounds maintenance
* Help maintain a clean and welcoming appearance of the property
Requirements:
* Previous groundskeeping or porter experience preferred
* Reliable and dependable
* Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
