The Warehouse Operations & Customer Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, customer order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and internal scheduling support. This role combines warehouse accuracy, order readiness, customer communication, shipment coordination, and operational reporting to ensure that materials, orders, and installation support needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
Restructured Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory organization, stock control, material readiness, and warehouse cleanliness.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, staging, issuing, and tracking turf, materials, tools, and related supplies.
Measure, cut, prepare, and stage turf and materials based on approved work orders, installation schedules, and customer requirements.
Support order fulfillment by preparing customer orders for delivery, pickup, shipment, or installer use. Forklift experience is required.
Review incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, documentation, and completeness.
Coordinate delivery and dispatch support, including communicating with installers, drivers, customers, and internal team members as needed.
Monitor warehouse stock levels and notify management of shortages, damaged materials, reorder needs, or inventory discrepancies.
Assist with equipment readiness and basic maintenance checks for forklifts, warehouse tools, cutting equipment, and other operational equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, office, restroom, showroom, and customer-facing area.
Respond to customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide customers with basic product information, order status updates, appointment details, and installation-related support.
Assist with installer and client communication for confirmed turf installations, deliveries, and service-related scheduling.
Support internal scheduling by updating managers on order readiness, material availability, delivery timelines, and installation support needs.
Prepare and maintain basic operational reports, including inventory updates, shipment issues, pending orders, and customer follow-up items.
Assist with sales and customer service support during showroom visits, product inquiries, and order processing.
Follow company procedures for safety, quality control, customer communication, inventory handling, and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
