The qualified candidate should be able to perform the following tasks:
- Be able to spackle, prime, and paint
- Install tiles, flooring, molding, windows, doors
- Light electrical and plumbing
This candidate should also have some if not all qualities:
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Be able to prioritize how the work day will go, or what comes next
- Be on time with a great attitude and come ready to work

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role preferred
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Good communication skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Company Van and Gas provided during work hours)
Flexibility to work weekends and be available for emergency on-call maintenance requests
