We're a construction company based in Roselle, NJ looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a full-time Driver and Yard & Warehouse Associate. This is a hands-on role — you'll be keeping our operation running smoothly both on the road and back at the yard.
Key Responsibilities
▸Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites in a safe and timely manner
▸Load and unload trucks; verify deliveries
▸Organize and maintain the warehouse — proper shelving and inventory placement
▸Keep the construction yard organized, clear, and safe
▸Assist with receiving incoming deliveries and putting materials away correctly
▸Tow and transport equipment including compressors, generators, and skid steers
▸Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance needs
▸Assist field crews with occasional loading/unloading at the job site as needed
▸Support general yard operations and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
■ Valid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
■ Ability to safely operate a pickup truck or rack body with a trailer
■ Must be punctual, reliable, and take pride in their work
■ Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and perform physical labor throughout the day
■ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
■ Basic understanding of safe material handling and warehouse organization
■ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
✦Experience towing equipment (air compressors, generators, skid steers, trailers)
✦Experience operating a forklift
✦Someone with a positive attitude and gets along well with others.
✦Basic organizational skills.
✦Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
