COMPENSATION: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
SCHEDULE: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours)
OVERTIME AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate and assist with woodworking equipment and machinery
• Handle, organize, and move lumber and wood materials
• Prepare materials for production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Woodworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday
• Frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials and tools
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift throughout the day
• Frequently lift and/or move materials weighing up to 30 pounds
