Our established painting company is looking for a reliable, multi-talented Skilled Carpenter to join our crew. We need a "jack-of-all-trades" who takes pride in high-quality finish work and can handle a project from demo to the final coat of paint.
Core Responsibilities:
Finish Carpentry: Expert installation of crown molding, baseboards, and decorative wall frames/wainscoting.
Tile Work: Full cycle performance including demolition of old tile and professional installation of new tile (backsplashes, floors, etc.).
Wall Prep & Paint: Able to hang/patch sheetrock, spackle, and sand to a "paint-ready" finish. Must be a proficient painter (brush, roll).
Demolition: Safe and clean removal of old materials and debris.
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation: Must own a large truck or van capable of transporting materials like full sheets of sheetrock, tall ladders, and all necessary job site tools.
Own Tools: You must have your own professional-grade tools for carpentry, tiling, and painting. We will be glad to provide materials and tools needed to complete the job as needed.
Experience: Proven track record in residential remodeling and finish work.
Reliability: Punctual, professional attitude, and a clean workspace.
Language: Must speak English
Compensation:
$25-$29 depending on experience
Steady work available for the right candidate.
