Lasercam NJ is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to operate our crease cutting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We produce tooling and components for the packaging industry and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and shows up ready to work every day.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor crease cutting machinery
Read and follow work orders and production instructions
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform routine machine setup and basic maintenance
Work closely with production and scheduling teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
Manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable transportation
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
English speaking
