Our company is dedicated to providing elegant, top-notch, and seamless relocation services. We handle everything from boutique, in-home room rearrangements to large-scale residential moves.
To maintain our high standards of excellence, we are seeking courteous, neat, and highly professional individuals to join our team.
We welcome applications from independent contractors, career-movers seeking W-2 employment, and those looking for flexible temporary staff positions.
Trial Period & Compensation
To ensure a mutual fit and guarantee maximum client satisfaction, all incoming team members begin with a two-occurrence trial period:
Initial Trial: Your first two shifts will serve as a paid temporary trial.
Trial Compensation: Paid fully in cash immediately following the shift.
Hours: Expect approximately 4 to 6 hours per shift during the trial, depending on the daily schedule.
Long-Term Career Options
Upon successful completion of the two-shift trial period, you will have the opportunity to choose the employment structure that best fits your needs.
We offer transition paths into:
W-2 Scheduled Employment (with full company onboarding)
1099 Independent Contracting (for maximum schedule flexibility)
Candidate Requirements
Maintaining a neat, professional appearance at all times.
Providing courteous, elite customer service to our clients.
Strong communication skills and physical stamina. Spanish or English.
