Growing residential construction company seeking an experienced, reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to work in our office and manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
Position Details
* Part-time, approximately 5–10 hours per week
* Flexible schedule
* In-office position in Paramus, NJ

Responsibilities
* Enter and categorize expenses
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Track job costs and project expenses
* Maintain organized financial records
* Prepare reports and documentation for the company accountant
* Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Previous bookkeeping experience required
* QuickBooks account set up and experience
* Construction industry experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Compensation
* $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
