Buenos conocimientos en:
- Plomería y electricidad (suficiente para la instalación básica de un baño y cables eléctricos en techos y paredes)
- Instalación de cerámica, pisos en madera y vinyl
El candidato DEBE estar disponible para:
- trabajar New Jersey y tambien en New York
- poder comunicarse en español
- tener licencia de conducir válida en USA

Construction company is seeking an experienced professional. General knowledge across all areas of construction is required.
VERY ADVANCED experience is required in: Drywall / Plastering (Level 5 finish) / Framing (structural work) using both metal studs and wood / Satin and semi-gloss painting
Solid knowledge of: Plumbing and Electrical work (sufficient for basic bathroom installations and running electrical wiring through ceilings and walls) / Installation of ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, and vinyl flooring
The candidate MUST be available to: Work in both New Jersey and New York / Communicate in Spanish / Possess a valid U.S. driver's license / work 9am – 5pm
