Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily building operations
Performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and overall property upkeep
Responding promptly to tenant needs and concerns
Ensuring a safe, well-run, and welcoming environment for residents
Requirements:
Prior experience managing residential buildings
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical
Hands-on, reliable, and proactive
Excellent communication and tenant-relations skills
Ability to live on-site full-time
