Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center,  loced in Newark, New Jersey. This is over a 600-bed acute care facility managing a team of 35 union staff. In this role you will be responsible for the housekeeping department, managing 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), with roting weekends. This position will report to an Operions Manager on-site. Free parking!

• Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve pient sisfaction and throughput.
• Interact with pients and the staff
• Perform HR functions including hiring, oriention, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
• Maintain safety documention and training for unit
