Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept building.
Responsibilities:
Clean common areas (hallways, lobby, restrooms)
Remove trash and maintain exterior areas
Restock supplies
Perform minor repairs (light bulbs, small fixes)
Report major maintenance issues
Requirements:
Basic cleaning/maintenance experience preferred
Reliable and able to work independently
Physically able to handle cleaning tasks
