Minimum 2+ years construction experience
Must be able to work at a fast pace all day
Comfortable with roofing, siding, framing, demo, and general construction tasks
Shows up on time, every day
Takes direction and works without constant supervision
Own transportation preferred
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting crews on active job sites
Handling materials, tools, and site prep
Supporting roofing, siding, and exterior work
Keeping sites clean, organized, and moving efficiently
