Looking for a porter to do various tasks around a residential property. The individual must be physically fit and able to work at a productive pace. The tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Hand dust all common areas including windowsills, etc.
Sweep and mop floors and area rugs and runners
Wipe and dust furniture baseboards and saddles
Squeegee clean all lobby glass interior and exterior
Thoroughly vacuum rugs/carpeting operate carpet extractor
Spot clean carpet spots, not exceeding approximately six inches in diameter
Dust baseboards and saddles
Sweep, wash and rinse clean the floors in all restrooms using a germicidal detergent to ensure a clean and germ-free surface
Wash, inside and out, using a disinfectant detergent, all toilet seats, toilet bowls and urinals
Empty and sanitize all waste receptacles
Thoroughly wipe down all vertical surfaces, elevators and polish elevator tracks
Clean/disinfect trash chute doors on the inside and outside
Police all stairwells, vacuum, sweep or mop as necessary
Wipe down exercise equipment and TVs
Police front, side of building, including all entranceways; remove litter around trees and in planters remove litter from courtyards and or breezeways
Ability to work a compactor and push/pull over 100lbs
8am - 4:30PM
Monday - Friday
