We are looking for a dependable, honest, and self-motivated individual to help maintain a small apartment building.
Responsibilities:
* Remove trash from the property twice per week
* Clean and mop hallways and common areas once per week
* Sweep entryways and keep the property neat and presentable
* Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management
Requirements:
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently
* Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
* Prior building maintenance or porter experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
* Approximately 2 visits per week
* Flexible schedule—work can be completed during daytime hours
Compensation:
* Competitive pay based on experience.
