Growing HVAC Wholesale Distribution Company is seeking a reliable, motivated,
and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Operate forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Record and report inventory shortages or discrepancies
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
