KMM Construction, LLC is a very busy, fast-growing construction company looking for a reliable, hard-working Construction Worker / Driver to join our team immediately. This is a full-time, dual-role position based out of Fair Lawn, NJ. You will be responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, and crew to various local job sites, as well as working alongside our crew performing manual labor on-site.

Key Responsibilities
Crew Transportation: Responsible for the daily pick-up and drop-off of the company owner and construction workers to and from all job sites.
Driving & Logistics: Safely operate company vehicles (trucks, vans, and/or trailers) to transport tools, materials, and debris to and from Northern New Jersey job sites.
Site Prep & Maintenance: Set up and clear out work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and safely stored.
On-Site Labor: Assist with various phases of construction work (demolition, loading/unloading heavy materials, operating basic hand/power tools, and supporting skilled trades).
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean driving record while on the clock and strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols on-site.
