Gutter / Roofing / Carpentry Service & Installation Helper – Outdoor Work (North & Central NJ)
Compensation: $210–$275/day (based on experience, reliability, and growth)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
We are hiring dependable helpers to support gutter, roofing, and exterior service crews across North and Central New Jersey.
This is a hands-on job for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and already has at least some construction experience. If you show up, work hard, and learn quickly, there is a clear path to higher pay and the opportunity to handle small cleaning and service jobs independently.
Minimum Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
- At least 1 full year of construction or exterior labor experience
- More experience (roofing, gutters, siding, carpentry) is a strong plus and can lead to faster advancement into journeyman-level responsibilities and higher pay.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with gutter installation, repairs, and cleanings
- Supporting roof repair work (mainly steep-slope)
- Carrying ladders, tools, and materials
- Job site cleanup and organization
- Assisting with light carpentry (fascia, soffit, trim)
- Learning how to diagnose and complete basic service work
