We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and is willing to take on a variety of projects and challenges.

What You’ll Do
Handle general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs
Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (painting, minor repairs, appliance checks)
Assist with apartment turnovers and renovation projects, including:
Bathroom updates (demo, basic reconstruction, tile work)
Drywall, carpentry, and finish work
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Help monitor building systems and report any issues
Identify and address safety concerns
Maintain overall property condition and cleanliness
Assist with groundskeeping, light landscaping, and maintenance equipment use
Perform snow removal during winter months (shoveling, salting)
Help manage tools, materials, and supplies
Communicate effectively with management and residents
Be available for on-call emergencies as needed

Qualifications
2–5 years of general maintenance experience (multifamily a plus)
Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Experience with apartment turnovers and light renovation work preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing, working outdoors)
Preferred: Residence within 20 minutes of the property for possible emergency situtions.
