Heroes Lawn Care is hiring an experienced Landscaping Maintenance Foreman to lead a field crew and deliver high-quality work across our residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage the crew efficiently, maintain quality standards, and keep jobs moving safely and productively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping maintenance crew in the field
- Drive maintenance truck with the trailer
- Perform and oversee spring/fall cleanups, mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization
- Ensure all work is completed professionally, efficiently, and to company standards
- Load, operate, and maintain landscaping equipment safely
- Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and crews arrive prepared each day
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Able to operate snow plow for the winter season is a plus
Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscaping experience required
- Valid NJ driver’s license with a clean record
- Prior experience leading or supervising a crew
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including cleanups, mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizer application
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and operate landscaping tools and equipment
