A busy commercial bakery is seeking reliable, experienced individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. We are looking for motivated team players who are detail-oriented, energetic, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Palletize finished products for storage and shipment
- Operate production and packaging machinery safely and effectively
- Assist with daily production tasks as needed
- Follow company instructions, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Remove trash and assist with general housekeeping duties
* Work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Support team operations as needed
* Qualifications:
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Training will be provided
* Requirements:
- Applicants must live within approximately 10 minutes of Clifton, NJ
- Valid Social Security card required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
* Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay of $20.00 per hour
