Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves picking, packing, palletizing, operating machinery, and assisting with production tasks. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Palletize products and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate production machinery, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory handling and material movement
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Forklift experience is a plus (certification may be required)
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have valid work authorization (on-the-books employment)

- Full-time
- Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
