Residential balconies to be be repaired. Work will consist of removal of handrails, removal deck surface, hauling debris, removal of vinyl siding replacement of plywood, pvc trim and reinstallation of existing handrails and vinyl siding
Ideal candidate should be able to perform the above mentioned tasks and know how to use circular saw, chop saw, and table saw
Must have basic hand tools( hammer, crowbar, square tape measure, pencil ect.) toolbelt, and screw guns. All other tools will be provided on site
Must have own means of transportation and bring lunch or you will have to call for lunch delivery
8 hour work days
9a.m.- 5 p.m. 30 min lunch
