Full-Time Position
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16 per hour
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship available.
We are hiring immediately for a Picker Packer to assist in our busy warehouse. This is a physically demanding position in a production environment, with varying temperatures (hot in the summer, cold in the winter). The role requires being on your feet throughout the shift, handling heavy items, and working as part of a fast-paced team.
Job Duties:
Assist in picking and packing orders
Remove rolls from the machine and prepare them for packing
Help strap and palletize materials
Stretch wrap pallets to secure product for shipment
Keep work area organized and clean
Perform other duties as required by warehouse management
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Prior warehouse or packing experience is preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
