I can help!

Ny name is Frank and I work as a personal trainer and chef, alongside my wife Stephanie, to provide a full service for achieving the body you've always wanted WITHOUT having to think about what to eat or how to train. I handle EVERYTHING except lifting the weights for you.

What I Do:
I'll take your personal information regarding your height, weight, age, sex, and activity level--and I will calculate the necessary macronutrient breakdown (protein/fats/carbohydrates) required in order for you to lose 1-2LBs per week. All you're responsible for is making yourself one protein shake per day and taking a walk every day. YES you can have a six pack stomach by just walking and dieting. After finding out how many calories of each macronutrient your body needs, I'd weigh your food and portion it out accordingly to fit the plan I've put you on. All of the ingredients are freshly prepared and packaged by my wife and I.

University Trained in Biology and Nutrition Science (4 years with Montclair State University)
+10 years as a certified personal trainer (2 years commercial and now independently for 10 yrs)
6-7 years as a Nutrition Expert
1-2 yrs as a Fitness Model


Prices:

$20/meal or $300/week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Mon-Fri

I'm willing to match or beat any meal prep service out there. I'll provide better food, better service, and a CUSTOMIZED plan at retail cost.

Using HelloFresh as a competitor for price: their cheapest meal program is $60/week for 2 meals. So I will cook for you at $20/meal and with no charge for the diet planning and training plan. You get gourmet food for $20 and a FREE personal trainer and nutritionist. Can't beat it.
