Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to work directly with our client, a growing company specializing in pool repair and maintenance services. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for skilled field personnel during a high-demand seasonal hiring period.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Technicians and Pool Maintenance Technicians
Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support hiring decisions
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
Meet hiring timelines and staffing goals for seasonal demand
Serve as a direct recruiting partner to the client throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Proven recruiting experience, preferably in a similar industry (trades, field services, construction, maintenance, or technical roles)
Demonstrated success in recruiting skilled service or maintenance technicians
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the Saddle Brook, NJ office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for high-volume or seasonal roles
Familiarity with blue-collar or skilled labor markets
Ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment
