I'm going to say this is FOR REPAIR because it will run but then stop... sometimes for a few hours, sometimes for a few minutes... but it is a very cool little clock with a classic twin bell look. There is a small second hand that moves at the 6 o'clock position. Comes with one winder knob that can be positioned on any of the knobs.
