• These are sad type sad iron, and the material is cast iron.
• They are not handmade and belong in the categories of collectibles and metal-ware.
• They were my grandfathers.
• He owned his own tailor shop in Lincoln Park, NJ.
• Unfortunately, before I received them an uncle drilled holes in the handles and made lamps out of them.
• Obviously, I got rid of the lamps and have used them as paper weights on my desk for over 50 years.
