There is a slight crack on the inside bottom (see pictures), but it is not visible if you have a candle inside.

Condition: The wick has been used as you can see in the pictures, but the glass itself is in like new condition.
Brand: There is no indication of the brand on the actual piece, but to the best of my research, I believe it to be Lamplight Farms. Please feel free to do your own research.
