Condition: Good
Brand: I believe it’s Russ Berrie (Toadily Yours) based on a Google search, but the only marking on the piece say what I believe is “Douglas”.

10.5” Red Metal Christmas Tree Decor with Colorful Dangly Christmas Balls
Condition: Good. There is a slight bend on the bottom, but it’s hardly noticeable. There’s also one or two very slight paint chips on the bottom base, but otherwise it’s like new.
