Responsibilities include:
• Conducting initial and follow-up supervisory visits in client homes.
• Reviewing care plans and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Providing clinical oversight and support to home health aides.
• Completing required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicating with agency staff, clients, and families as needed.
Qualifications:
• Current NJ RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits.
