Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Part-Time)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Adult Day Care team. The ideal candidate is caring, organized, and committed to providing high-quality care to older adults and individuals with disabilities in a supportive, community-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments and monitor participants’ health status.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
Monitor vital signs and document participant care accurately.
Respond to medical concerns and emergencies appropriately.
Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Support participants with health education and wellness activities.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing
Experience working with older adults or in adult day care, long-term care, or home health is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
