Experienced Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) seeking part-time opportunities. Available 3 days per week at $60/hour.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Strong knowledge and experience working with DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) clients, seniors, and older adults.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with training in advanced patient assessment, care coordination, leadership, and evidence-based practice
• Experience supervising and supporting direct care staff and DSPs
• Familiar with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) systems and documentation compliance
• Skilled in care coordination, health assessments, and individualized care plan implementation
• Medication administration, monitoring, and health oversight
• Staff training and education on client care and safety procedures
• Incident reporting, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Experience communicating with families, physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
