An icon of mid-century modern originally designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1930 for the Tugendhat house in Brno, Czechoslovakia.
One of the most popular designs of the 20th century, a classic masterpiece that fits seamlessly into any environment.
The luxurious nubuck leather has a soft fiber texture (napped surface) that changes slightly in tone when sliding your hand in the opposite direction of the fibers.
Nubuck ages gracefully over time, it develops a patina, a soft sheen that forms on the surface due to oxidation over time. This patina enhances the aesthetic appeal of the leather and adds character to nubuck, making them more desirable the longer they're used.

Authentic, all the chairs have the labels attached under the seat, and the Knoll studio logo and signature are stamped into the frames.
Dimensions: Height 31.5" x Depth 22.5" x Width 22.75" x Seat height 17.5" x Arm height 25.75" x Weight 38 lbs.
Condition: These chairs are in very good used condition with minor signs of use, the nubuck has a few minor scuffs to the back corner side "no tears." The stainless steel has a few minor hairline scratches on the arms and frame due to normal use, in excellent structural condition (see the photos please)
