Condition: This gorgeous settee is in excellent condition and looks absolutely wonderful. The fabric is in excellent condition has one minor surface wear spot to the arm corner (photo provided) due to normal use. The wood base has minor hairline scratches, in excellent structural condition, has been cleaned and is ready to be used immediately (see the photos please)
