1963 BSA Lightning custom built and modified Fully restored & titled - $6,995 (Nutley)

An incredible amount of work has been done to this bike. Recently featured in a few custom bike magazines too! Setup like a big ol’ bicycle. The absolute ultimate head turner of a bike.
Everything is done. Too much to list.
Some hilights are:
Brand new electrical system, new tailight and blinkers, new regulator, new rear shocks, carb rebuild, top AND bottom of engine have been completely rebuilt by Bobby at John’s motorcycle repair in Woodside Queens (the best BSA guy in the US), new custom paint, new HD chrome pipes, new wrapped headers, custom spiked engine mounts, original rebuilt headlamp basket with new wiring and new Lucas glass (hi and lobeam works!), new shock boots, chopped rear end (rear end shortened & welded), custom seat and mounting system, rebuilt shocks and brakes, brand new whitewall tires (still has blue protective enamel), new red grips and custom fabricated kickstart pedal, brand new battery, tuned up for the summer and ready to go!! Kickstart only. Splints are turnkey ready. Weeps oil like all 60’s British bikes but runs great. It’s very old but well cared for! It’s over 60 years old but looks like new and grunted to keep you smiling every minute you’re on it.
2 sets of keys and a clean title in hand. Comes with a trickle charge battery tender & extra oil and a custom maintenance manual I made to maintain this bike. Free 2024 DOT vintage red-flake helmet included.
