Vintage Brass Head Frame. Frame is pre-1960's. 100% Brass. Brass Head Frame is in excellent condition, it just needs some polish or however you want to finish the Brass Head.
The bed rail holders are a molded part of the brass headframe and are on the other side of the bedframe/not shown in photo.
The size of the Brass Head Frame is 58 inches in height X 48 inches in width. The frame weighs about 60 to 70 pounds. (The price of brass metal is about $1.00 to $1.50 per pound.)
