A solid, well-worn but in good shape, kitchen / small dining table with three matching oak chairs. Solid wood, very good construction, oak finish. $250 firm. This table was purchased in 1993 and has been with us through three moves and has held up magnificently. It is as solid as the day we first sat down at it, though the tabletop is a bit more worn (still looks good, I think).
$250 FIRM. This is already priced to move, I will not entertain lowball offers.
The table is expandable with a built-in hidden panel (see pictures). Without the panel, it is 36"x48" and with the panel installed the long dimension is 60" (5 ft).
The set includes THREE matching chairs, not four. We broke a chair and just decided to buy a really nice Amish-made table to replace the whole set. Nothing wrong with the table. I am sure we could have used it for years to come.
How to take delivery: come to my apartment, put $250 green cash money in my hand and you and I will carry the table, legs and chairs down to the street to your waiting vehicle. The four legs are detached from the table itself. I MIGHT be able to fit it into my car and drive it to you for a reasonable additional fee, depending where you live. To be negotiated. ($0 is not a negotiating position for this part. Again, it will depend on how far away you are.)
One last minor note: you can see in the pics that one chair has a single crossbar underneath and two of them have two crossbars. They otherwise look identical. If that's the kind of thing that bothers you (and I'm not judging), well, now you've been informed.
