Fabricated by a local welder from 2" Diameter Steel Pipes, with a sturdy steel angle-iron base.
2" diameter pipe is welded into the sturdy 16" diameter base and the coat rack is 65" High.
The item has a blue finish.
The base is black.
Four (4) coat hooks fabricated from large threaded bolts are welded to the vertical pipe.
